Top Right Menu
Learn in detail each function of the top menu: notifications, quick creation, search, settings, and logout.
Quickly access essential system functions such as notifications, record creation, universal search, settings, and sign out.
Notifications: Bell icon that shows system alerts and important notices, such as new messages, pending activities, or relevant events. Keeps the user informed in real time about updates and required actions.
Add (+): Button to quickly create new records in the system. Clicking opens a menu with the following options:
- + Lead: Create a new lead for the sales pipeline. Shortcut: CTRL+ALT+L
- + Person: Add a new individual contact. Shortcut: CTRL+ALT+P
- + Organization: Register a new company or entity. Shortcut: CTRL+ALT+O
- + Deal: Record a new business opportunity. Shortcut: CTRL+ALT+N
- + Ticket: Open a new support ticket. Shortcut: CTRL+ALT+T
- + Activity: Create a new task or appointment. Shortcut: CTRL+ALT+A
- + Product: Register a new product in the system. Shortcut: CTRL+ALT+R
Each option in the inner menu has a keyboard shortcut to speed up creation.
Settings: Gear icon that leads to system settings. Allows you to customize preferences, manage integrations, users, permissions, and other administrative options.
Sign out: Logout icon to safely exit the system, ending the user's access to the platform.
