Path: Access from the left menu > Solutions
Portal selection: Allows you to choose the portal where the solutions will be displayed or created. Example: "Tolv Support" for support content.
Create button: The button with a "+" icon opens options to create a new category (e.g., "Finance"), folder (e.g., "Frequently asked questions") or solution (e.g., "How to reset a password").
Solution search: Field to enter keywords and quickly find existing solutions, making it easier to access the content.
Navigation tree: A tree structure that displays categories (main groups), folders (subgroups) and solutions (content). Example: Category "Finance", folder "Invoices", solution "My payments".
Solution details: When you select a solution, the title, status (published, draft), author, creation and update dates are displayed, as well as the full content, which may include text, lists, images and practical examples.
Solution editing and creation:
Title: Name of the solution; it should be clear and descriptive. Example: "My payments".
URL: Friendly address for direct access to the solution on the portal. Example: "change-login-email".
Category: Main group to which the solution belongs. Example: "Finance".
Folder: Subgroup within the category for better organization. Example: "Invoices".
Order: Defines the position of the solution in the list. It can be a number between 1 and 99,999. If you leave it as 0, the system sets it automatically.
Status: Indicates whether the solution is published (visible) or in draft (hidden). Example: check "Published" to grant access.
Privacy: Check if the solution is internal (for internal use only; it does not appear on the public portal).
Featured: Check to display the solution as featured on the public portal, enabling quick access.
Summary: Brief description of the solution, up to 300 characters, used in listings and searches. Example: "Learn how to change your login email in a few steps."
Content: Area to enter the full text of the solution, allowing formatting, lists, images, videos, tables and practical examples. Example: step-by-step, screenshots, tips and notes.
Editing tools: Buttons for bold, italic, underline, lists, links, images, videos, tables and quotes, allowing you to create rich, well-structured content.
SEO:
- Title: Title optimized for search engines; it may be the same as the solution title or adapted for search.
- Description: Detailed description to appear in search results, encouraging clicks.
- Keywords: Relevant keywords separated by commas, making it easier to find the solution for those searching on the portal or on Google.
