Read the Terms of Use for Tolv platforms, including rules on trial accounts, licensing, user responsibilities, security, cancellation, and intellectual property.
The tools and training developed by Tolv — including tolvnow, tolvdesk, tolvfaq, and tolvshot — are marketed exclusively to individuals and legal entities located in Brazil.
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review the most up-to-date version of the Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use, as well as the Privacy Policy, apply to all users of our platforms and training. Continued use of the services or the creation of accounts on any of the platforms constitutes full acceptance of the conditions set forth herein, including any changes.
Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing, using, or browsing our tools and platforms ("services"), you acknowledge and fully agree to the terms described in this document. If you do not agree with any clause, we recommend that you do not use our services.
Public and Private Information
The tolvnow, tolvdesk, tolvfaq, tolvshot, and Tolv Learning platforms are products developed by Tolv and accessed via the internet. All references to "Platform," "Tools," or "Products" refer to these services.
Trial Accounts
We provide trial accounts, for a limited time, to evaluate the tools. This period varies by platform and is specified on its respective website. Trial accounts are exclusive to individuals and legal entities in Brazil and are intended solely for service evaluation, with commercial or heavy use prohibited prior to subscribing to a plan. The features available during the trial period are limited and will not be extended.
Registration Validation
All accounts — free or paid — are validated by the Tolv team and may be suspended or terminated, without prior notice, in the following cases:
* Invalid or incorrect information;
* Nonexistent or invalid website;
* Invalid CPF or CNPJ;
* Incorrect email or phone number;
* Websites with illegal or inappropriate content or that encourage piracy;
* Registrations of individuals or companies with an unsuitable history.
Free Services
Tolv does not offer permanent free services. Trial accounts are available for periods between 7 and 14 days, exclusively to demonstrate the tools.
Suspension or Cancellation of Services
Use of the platforms may be suspended or terminated immediately in the following situations:
* Threats, intimidation, or harassment of other users;
* False identity, impersonation of third parties or the Tolv team;
* Dissemination of public information with a disguised source;
* Improper storage of other users' data;
* Encouraging violations of these Terms or failing to follow guidance from the Tolv team;
* Violations of applicable laws at any level;
* Sharing Tolv Learning login and password with third parties.
Tolv reserves the right to remove content or information that infringes these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
Communications from the Tolv Team
The user agrees to receive communications, offers, and updates from Tolv via email or other means, considering them an integral part of using the platforms.
User Responsibility
The user is fully responsible for the information they publish or share through the platforms. Tolv is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, or content of such information, nor for opinions expressed by third parties.
Credential Security
The user is responsible for keeping their login and password confidential. Sharing this data, even unintentionally, constitutes a violation of the Terms of Use and may result in immediate suspension of the account.
Tolv Learning
Access to Tolv Learning video training is individual and non-transferable. Purchases can be made via the website https://learning.tolv.io or via the email comercial@tolv.io. In case of access sharing, Tolv reserves the right to charge additional amounts. We offer special conditions for companies that purchase 10 or more accesses.
Limitation of Liability
Tolv will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platforms, including financial losses, lost profits, or loss of data.
Indemnification
The user agrees to indemnify Tolv, its shareholders, employees, and partners for any damages, losses, or costs arising from misuse of the platforms, infringement of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.
Termination
Tolv may terminate or suspend the user's access, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:
* Inactivity;
* Violation of the Terms;
* Inconsistent registration information;
* Actions that may compromise the security or integrity of the platforms.
Termination does not entitle the user to a refund of amounts paid.
Intellectual Property
All content made available on the platforms is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rules. Reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of the services or content without Tolv's express authorization is prohibited.
Trademarks
The trademarks, trade names, and other distinctive signs displayed on the platforms are the property of Tolv or its licensors. Unauthorized use constitutes a legal violation.
Prohibition of Resale
Users are prohibited from reproducing, selling, or commercially using any part of Tolv's platforms without express authorization.
General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Failure to exercise any right by either party shall not be construed as a waiver.
The chosen venue to resolve any disputes is the District of Porto Alegre, RS, to the exclusion of any other.
