At Tolv, we believe in transparent, flexible, and trust-based business relationships. That is why our contract management policy is designed to offer our customers freedom and autonomy, without unnecessary commitments.
Responsibility for license usage
Control and management of access licenses are the customer's responsibility. It is your company's responsibility to notify Tolv of any changes in the number of active users or in the use of the contracted licenses.
Flexibility to increase or reduce licenses
You are free to increase or reduce the number of contracted licenses at any time, as your team's needs evolve. However, when making changes, be aware that any promotional conditions applied to the current plan may no longer apply.
Privacy in license usage
Tolv does not monitor individual license usage, nor does it access information related to how your users use the systems. We believe the customer should have autonomy over their operation.
No minimum contractual term
Our contracts do not include loyalty clauses or a minimum term. You stay with us as long as our services are useful, efficient, and relevant to your business. If you wish to terminate the contract, just request it — with no penalties, red tape, or justifications.
We value your opinion
We always want to improve. Therefore, your feedback, including criticism, is very welcome. Our team is always open to hearing your insights and identifying opportunities to improve the services we provide.
We are open to suggestions
We love receiving suggestions and ideas to improve our platforms. Feel free to share anything with us that can make your experience more practical and efficient.
It will not always be possible to implement these improvements immediately, or to make changes that directly impact other customers' experience. But whenever feasible and relevant, your contributions will be reviewed with great care.
