Users

This screen lets you manage system users. You can create, edit, and delete users, as well as define their access permissions, personal information, and chat settings. Manage usage licenses and add new users easily and intuitively.

User List

The user list displays the users registered in the system, allowing you to search and create new users.

Filters and Actions

Search: Allows you to search users by name.

Create user: Opens the form to add a new user.

User Table

User: User's name and avatar.

Profile: User's access profile (e.g., Administrator).

Status: User status (Active/Inactive).

Actions: Button to edit the user.


User Editing

This section allows you to edit an existing user's information, including personal data, preferences, platform access, and chat settings.

Personal Information

Name: User's full name.

Email: User's email address.

Phone: User's phone number.

Time zone: User's time zone.

Language: User's preferred language.

Job title: The user's position or role in the company.

Preferences

Home page: The page the user will see upon logging in.

User interface colors: The interface color theme.

Social Networks (optional)

X (Twitter): The user's profile on X (Twitter).

Facebook: The user's profile on Facebook.

Instagram: The user's profile on Instagram.

LinkedIn: The user's profile on LinkedIn.

Platform Access

Access profile: The user's permission level.

User has active access: Defines whether the user can access the system.

Login username: Username used to log in.

Chat Settings

Maximum number of concurrent chats: The maximum number of chats the user can handle at the same time.

Round-robin chat distribution: Defines whether chats will be distributed evenly.

Departments they handle: Departments for which the user can handle chats.

Departments they supervise: Departments the user can supervise.

Users they supervise: Users the user can supervise.
