User Menu

Documentation of user settings: interface theme, profile, notifications, audio, password, avatar, and multi-factor authentication to personalize and secure the platform experience.

General Settings
  • Interface color theme – Choose between light or dark theme for the system interface.
  • Desktop notifications – Enable or disable notifications that appear directly on the desktop.
Profile
  • Name – Enter the user's name. Must be at least 5 characters long.
  • Email – Enter a valid email for contact and notifications.
  • Phone – Enter the user's phone number using digits only.
  • Time zone – Select the user's time zone to adjust times shown in the system.
  • Default language – Choose the default language for the user.
  • Home page – Define which page the user will see when accessing the system.
Audio Settings
  • Chat support
    • New chat in queue: Select the sound for notifying a new chat in the queue. Includes volume control and option to play the sound.
    • Transferred chat: Choose the sound for a transferred chat, with adjustable volume and a play button.
    • Message sent: Sound for notification when a message is sent in chat, with volume control and a button to listen.
    • Message received: Sound for notification when a message is received, with volume and play button.
    • Intermittent playback: Option to play the new chat sound repeatedly, enabled via switch.
  • Ticket support
    • Ticket created: Sound for notification when a ticket is created.
    • Ticket assigned to you: Sound for when a ticket is assigned to the agent.
    • Ticket replied by the customer: Sound notification for a customer reply.
    • Ticket replied by the agent: Sound for the agent's reply to the ticket.
    • Response SLA expired: Sound to alert when the response SLA has expired.
    • Resolution SLA expired: Sound to alert when the resolution SLA has expired.

For each sound you can choose the desired tone, adjust the volume, and test playback with the play button.

Password Change
  • Current password – Required field to confirm identity.
  • New password – Must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, number, and special character.
  • Repeat new password – Confirmation of the new password; must match the previous field.
Avatar Settings
  • Image upload – Allows selecting a new image for the avatar.
  • Crop – Tool to adjust the size and framing of the uploaded image.
  • Preview – Displays the current avatar image before saving.
  • Save – Button to confirm the avatar change.
  • Cancel – Option to abort the image change.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Current status: Email MFA not enabled for your user.
  • Enable MFA: Button to activate multi-factor authentication via email.
  • How it works: After activation, a confirmation code will be sent by email at each login.
