Create, view, and manage custom charts for system data analysis, assign access by visibility groups, and use varied metrics to monitor results.
Create, view, and manage custom charts for system data analysis, assign access by visibility groups, and use varied metrics to monitor results.
Path: Access via the left menu > Data > Custom > Charts
Button "Create chart": Click to start creating a new custom chart. Lets you set name, metrics, groupings, and display settings.
Chart list: Displays all registered charts, showing the chart name, status (active/inactive) and available actions.
Status: Indicates whether the chart is active (visible to the allowed groups) or inactive (hidden from users).
Quick actions:
Edit: Change the existing chart's settings.
View: See the chart generated with the current data.
Delete: Remove the chart from the system.
Chart create/edit form:
Chart name: Define a clear, objective name to identify the chart. Example: "Chats started last 7 days".
Chart status: Enable or disable the chart's availability for users in the visibility groups.
Description: Optional field to detail the purpose or relevant information about the chart.
Visibility groups: Select which user groups can view the chart. Example: "Supervisors", "Support Team"; leave blank to make it available to all users with permission to access the charts menu.
Metrics:
Define which data will be analyzed in the chart. You can add multiple metrics, such as "Chats started", "Abandons created", or "Offline contacts created".
Reporting period: Choose the time range for analysis, such as "Today", "This week", "Last 7 days" or a custom period.
Quantity and unit: Specify how many days, weeks, months, etc., will be considered.
Starting from: Define the starting point of the analysis, such as "Now", "Start of the month", "Start of the year".
Metric: Select the type of data to display, such as "Chats started".
Grouping: Choose how the data will be grouped in the chart, by hour, day, week, month, etc.
Label: Define the label that will appear in the chart legend.
Chart type: Choose between vertical bars, horizontal bars, lines, pie, or doughnut.
Axis position: Define where the axis will be displayed (left, right, top, bottom).
Axis grouping: Allows grouping different metrics on separate axes for comparison.
Metric actions: Add, move up/down, or remove metrics as needed.
Show data table: Enable to display a table with the raw data used in the chart, making detailed analysis easier.
Chart preview: Before saving, preview the chart generated based on the defined metrics and filters. Example: view a bar, pie, or line chart showing the number of chats started per day in the last week, according to the applied chart settings.
Data table: Displays the numerical values corresponding to the chart, such as dates and quantities for each metric, allowing verification and manual export.
Button "Save": Save the chart settings to make it available to authorized users.
